A day dedicated by the Bishops of India to the Young People of India.

By youth in their local parishes, zones, diocese or institutions.
Q. What is the significance of this day?

Youth will gather in the churches & institutions on this day and celebrate the Holy Eucharist (a special youth mass) and make a collection. This contribution shall be sent to the Diocesan Finance office and thereafter to CCBI.

Young people would mark this day by organizing community programmes, recreation, outreach, fellowship, competitions, mela/fete etc, to celebrate their youthfulness & faith. The CCBI Youth Commission also urges all the faithful & religious leaders of the country to pray specially for all the young people across the world, especially of our country.

Keeping in mind the present situation of Covid-19 we request everyone to keep up with government guidelines and observe the day in the best way possible. There could be virtual interactions, creative activities & other community programmes keeping in mind social distancing and other necessary measures.
