Missionary Objectives
- To ensure every parish has a vibrant youth group.
- To create an awareness among the youth about the need, relevance and importance of Youth Ministry.
- To inculcate a feeling of social responsibility and sensitize the youth to social happenings around them. Use of Social teachings of the Church.
- To evaluate the youth ministry at regular intervals at all levels keeping in mind the local needs of the youth.
- To promote a healthy relationship between the youth groups/parents /parishioners.
- To facilitate the understanding of Catholic faith, life and vocation and to ensure commitment among the youth to continue the Mission of the church.
- To organize and conduct formation programs, symposia, seminars, conventions, etc. at the ecclesial level, diocesan level for all round development of young people.
- To promote and propagate the ideals, principles and the thoughts of various great national leaders.
- To conduct empowerment services for rural youth, tribal youth, migrated and underprivileged people.
- To promote vocations to priesthood and religious life.
